• Orders are processed within 5 days after payment is received and confirmed.
• Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines for such items will be noted on the product page.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and the weight of your order. Final costs will be displayed at checkout.
• We offer the following shipping options:
• Free shipping may be available for orders over $35, depending on your location.

3. International Shipping

• AWE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
