Thank you for shopping with AWE! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

Return Process

1. Contact Us:
   • Email us at che@advancewildlife.org with your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization:
   • Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and an address for sending the item(s) back.
3. Ship the Item(s):
   • Pack the items securely and include your order number.
   • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process above. After your return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
